Content tips

Here are the recommendations that we pulled from the insights gathered during the user testing sessions: 

• Pull out the key stats/​points and consider adding other visuals. 

• Lay out the content to be as readable as possible, in the context of how people read online, e.g. update the long lists of bullet points to paragraphs.

• Optimise the ​‘Key findings’ page to lead users onto other areas of the findings, e.g. include internal links.

• Consider catering to an audience that might not get beyond the ​‘Key findings’ – can they get everything they need from this page? 

• Review whether the ​‘Key findings’ would work better than the ​‘Executive summary’ for the ​‘Level 1 Findings’ page content.

• Upload a CSV for every chart/​table so that users can download it.
