Content tips
Here are the recommendations that we pulled from the insights gathered during the user testing sessions:
Pull out the key stats/points and consider adding other visuals.
Lay out the content to be as readable as possible, in the context of how people read online, e.g. update the long lists of bullet points to paragraphs.
Optimise the ‘Key findings’ page to lead users onto other areas of the findings, e.g. include internal links.
Consider catering to an audience that might not get beyond the ‘Key findings’ – can they get everything they need from this page?
Review whether the ‘Key findings’ would work better than the ‘Executive summary’ for the ‘Level 1 Findings’ page content.
Upload a CSV for every chart/table so that users can download it.
